How We Work
We believe in fast decision-making and transparency. Here's what you can expect when you reach out to us.
1. First Meeting (20 minutes)
We start with an informal 20-minute meeting where we get to know you, your team, and your vision. This is a two-way conversation – we want to hear about you, and you get to hear about how we work.
We focus on: Who are you? What are you building? Why now? How can we help?
2. Internal Evaluation (1-2 days)
After the meeting, we take it further to the board. We evaluate whether there's a good match between your vision and our way of working. We look at the team, the product, the market, and how we can actively contribute.
We assess: Team fit, technical feasibility, market potential, and how we can add value beyond capital.
3. Board Decision (2-3 days)
The board makes a decision based on the evaluation. We're known for making quick decisions – we know founders don't have time to wait for months. You'll get a clear yes or no, with reasoning.
If it's a no, we provide constructive feedback. If it's a yes, we move on to the next step.
4. Launch (1-2 days)
We set up agreements, discuss how we can best support you, and get started. From first meeting to signed agreement typically takes less than a week. Then we're on the team – actively involved in your journey.

Where in the journey do we fit in?
We invest from the idea stage and follow the team through the first milestones. Here's how we think about the stages and what they mean in practice.
Idea & Pre-seed
We're often the first capital in. Together we test assumptions, build the team, and set direction for the first MVP. It's about speed, learning, and getting something into the hands of real users.
MVP & Seed
When the product is out, we help with distribution, recruitment, and finding the key metrics that indicate traction. We optimize onboarding, pricing, and GTM to reach product-market fit.
Product-Market Fit & Series A
When the signals are clear, we work together to scale. We prepare the team for the next round, establish processes, and introduce relevant Series A investors when the time is right.
What happens after investment?
Active Involvement
We take a seat on the board, participate in strategic decisions, and are available for technical advice. Sometimes we code together with the team – we're not just investors, we're partners.
Regular Contact
We have monthly check-ins, but are available when you need us. Whether it's a technical challenge, a strategic decision, or just someone to discuss ideas with.
Network and Resources
We connect you with relevant people in our network, help with recruitment, and open doors to other investors when it's time for the next round.
